Blue Hearts is dedicated to honoring fallen law enforcement officers and helping preserve their memories. For each fallen officer, Blue Hearts sends a personalized card to that officer's department and for fallen officers in Wisconsin, we make a donation to the Wisconsin Law Enforcement Memorial in their name.
